    i want to claer my ACCOUNT and start fresh also want to remove all the plugins applied

    Hi,

    is it right that you own a Business Plan, because you are able to install plugins?
    If so it would be the easiest way to deinstall plugin by plugin and reset your content via Manage>Settings>Site Tools (scroll down).
    To get a really clean new installation WordPress I recommend to clear your database and do a new installation.
    You could also look for some reset-plugins.
