I want to delete my blog

  After I delete everything would I be able to make a new site for myself with a new domain and use the same email I have had on the one I want to delete?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, deleting a blog will not affect future sites and you’re welcome to create more with the same account. There is no limit to the amount of sites you can have with each account.

  The only exception is that the site name will not be available again. If you want the site name still, it may be better to empty your website instead: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
