I want to delete my blog and all content

  Hello,

  This is VERY frustrating. All I want to do is delete the blog that has been associated with my website. I cannot find how to email WordPress to delete this for me. I looked everywhere in my admin panel and no where can I find where to delete the blog or account. I simple want to shut it all down, remove all blog posts, and stop receiving emails to approve spam comments. Can someone please HELP. Thank you.
