I want to delete my blog and start again

I have an account and only one blog, but I’m dissatisfied with this blog, how can I delete the entire blog though keep my account just so i can start afresh on a new blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Username accounts are not deleted. Do note that when you delete a blog the URL is gone forever and cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. Perhaps yoi should cimply make the blog visibility private.
