I want to delete my contact form

  I have added a contact form on my site but now I want to remove it. How do I do this

  I took a look at http://thepartyblog.org/ and I’m not seeing a contact form. Could you point me in the right direction by giving me a link to the page or post where the form is?

  Hi there,

  Ah, it’s in your post, “Festival and carnivals.”

  To delete it, open up that post in your editor by clicking below:

  https://wordpress.com/post/87078447/50/?optin

  At the very top of the post’s content box, you will see this:

  [contact-form][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Website' type='url'/][contact-field label='Comment' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

  Delete that, and save your changes. That will delete the contact form.

  Incidentally, you can also cut/paste that code to add it elsewhere.

  Or, you can add a brand new contact form in a different area of your site.
