  I am trying to delete my site, and cannot due to my premium theme purchase, the purchase was a one off and never expires. can you help? thank you

  It sounds like you’ve already tried canceling your upgrades as part of deleting your site, so I’m tagging this with a modlook tag so a staff member can help you out!

  I’ve removed the premium theme (On Demand) from your site so you should be able to delete it now.
