I want to delete my site

  Few years ago our office had a wordpress site. However, because there is a regulation from the head office that prohibits the offices under it from having its own site, we have to delete the site. the problem is the office and site admin who previously forgot their email, username and password. Please provide a solution so we can delete the site. Thank you in advance.
