I want to delete my site

  i want to delete the site and the domain name altogether so that i can use this domain name for another purpose. However, I get an error that says i have upgrades, when i go to ‘manage my account’ i don’t see any upgrades and therefore cannot cancel them? How can I cancel my website yet keep the name I came up with?
