  I am having trouble setting up a new blog and I am having trouble deleting or deactivating my old website. can you please help me?

  Can you please share some more details? What is the address of the site you’re trying to delete? Are you seeing any error while trying to do that? You can share a screenshot of what you see. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:

  Also, what issues are you facing when creating a new blog?
