I want to delete one blog out of many that I have on a single user account.

Can I do that by the ‘Permanently Delete Site’ option for that particular blog? I want to keep the remaining blogs, but I want to delete just this one.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blog post, or entire blog? Delete the blog POST by editing that post and on the right hand sidebar click Trash. Delete the entire blog by going to the dashboard of that specific blog and on the tools page clicking Delete. Note that deletion is permanent and irreversible and neither you nor anyone else will ever be able to use that URL again, so we normally just suggest setting it to Private under Settings->Reading.

I am talking about blogs. I run 4 blogs from that one user account. If I delete one, the remaining 3 will be unharmed right?

Thank you for that raincoaster. I am having a problem as I have two blogs and life would be much simpler for me if I could dispose of one of them. It appears to be causing access problems to the second blog which I wish to keep active. Since yesterday when I try to access the second blog I receive an SSL connection error notice. Would you suggest parking the first under Private settings reading?
I hope this does not sound too confused and thank you in advance for any suggestions. davestories -
