  I want to change my sites name to a different one

  If you are wanting to change your site title, you can do that on My Sites by selecting Settings, then you will see Site Title on the general tab.

  If you want to change your website address, go to My Sites -> Domains and select your wordpress.com address you want to change; click Edit Site Address
