I want to delete two of my domain names

  Hi, I have no idea how to delete 2 domain names which I processed in error. They are echogirldotcom.wordpress.com and hookedtoourplanet.wordpress.com. Please can you delete them for me as I have no idea how to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can delete the extra WordPress.com sites following the instructions here:

  Delete a website

  Please follow the instructions carefully as this is not reversible.

  Thank you but according to these instructions when you click on tools > delete site one should get a drop down option. I do not have this drop down option and only have two paragraphs which reads as follows:

  Delete Site
  Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.

  Hi there,

  Can you make sure you’re on the right dashboard? Only one of your sites has a custom domain, which prevents the site from being deleted, but you shouldn’t see that notice from either http://echogirldotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin or hookedtoourplanet.wordpress.com/wp-admin.

  Give this one more try and let me know if you have any additional trouble!
