i want to do 301 redirect to my new web site and need help

    Hello wordpress team , i have created https://elqsar9.wordpress.com/ since 2 years and now the domain has been archived or suspended for a violation of the Terms of Service , so i need to buy 301 redirect , so please open and unlock the dashborad for me and let me upgrade for buy 301 redirect and do the configration and download the xml to my New web site .
