I tried to download my blog posts but I don’t like that it exports as an xml document and all I see is lines html when I open it.
Is it possible to save your posts as a PDF without having to copy and paste each post into a Word doc?
I realize I should have been typing them in Word and saving them their first but too late. Thanks! -
No, not typing in Word. If you want, in future, to have your blog saved on your computer then use an offline editor:

You could try printing your blog as a book – @timethief I think has a post on printing your blog

Also depending on how the print works on your theme – you could print to a PDF document – bad news is that is one Post / page at a time – there are some free pdf generators if you don’t have Adobe Acrobat – I use PDF Redirect
