i want to duplicate my website, one for chalet.ch, and another for chalet.fr..is this possible with premium wordpress?

  i want to duplicate my website, so that one concentrates on chalet.ch, and the other for chalet.fr – with their specific languages..is this possible with premium wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here’s a guide on setting up a multilingual site.

  On the other hand, WordPress.com does offer the Google Translate Widget to automatically translate your site. However, this does not look like what you want since you mentioned about using different site addresses.

  If you plan to use two domains for two sites with different languages, you need to have two paid plans (not necessarily Premium Plan) to achieve that. See the information about using a custom domain on WordPress.com here.

  If you’re thinking to have a tool to automatically duplicating your content from a site to another site and at the same time translating the content into another language, then you need plugins to do so. To install plugins on sites hosted on WordPress.com, you need a Business Plan.

  maybe i bought the business plan in haste because I now read that I need to move my sites to be hosted by wordpress.com. I pay for a multi-site hosting plan already, so my add on domains will move to that host. Can I not install wordpress plugins when my sites are hosted elsewhere? If not, do I have a 7-day money back guarantee? Many thanks for your help.

  Are you trying to move your websites to WordPress.com? If you are not, then there is no need to purchase a Business Plan here on WordPress.com.

  Could you please clarify what you mean by this? On WordPress.com, multi-site networks are not supported, including on the Business Plan.

  If you mean having multiple sites with the same plan on WordPress.com, that would require purchasing the plan for each site you want it on. For your original example – that would require two paid plans, as staff-zara stated.

  Can I not install wordpress plugins when my sites are hosted elsewhere?

  That depends on the host you use, the vast majority of hosts will allow you to install custom plugins.

  However, on WordPress.com, you can only install custom plugins with the Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If not, do I have a 7-day money back guarantee?

  On WordPress.com, you have 30 days to cancel your plan and receive a refund. However, you only have 48 hours to receive a refund of a custom domain.
