  As long as that is your blog and you have the Admin login access, you are the administrator and your editing role has no limits. You can refer to this guideline about user roles for more information: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#list-of-user-roles

  You are the owner of that site, so you can edit any aspect of it using the options available in the admin area at My Site.
