    Hi ploypidaps,

    wayaccounting.com is owned by a different account (not the one you are using to post here). Can you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to?

    Once logged into the correct account, it should be possible to manage wayaccounting.com from My Sites > Domains. You should also be able to start a chat from that account if you need any further help.
