  I have a wordpress.com site http://freelancelearning.net/
  And I wanto export it. can I convert to .org from .com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t convert it to .org. You buy hosting, you install wordpress.org software, add whatever plugins you want, choose, buy, and install a theme, and you import the contents of your old blog.
