I want to find a way to arrange posts chronologically.

  I want the older posts to be shown first because it is a kind of story you see, but I don’t want to upgrade to premium or anything, cox=z I have no money, so please let me know, if there are any themes like that or any widgets?

  In addition to that, special or popular posts can be kept at the top of your post scroll by indicating them with a sticky status.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/

  Write back to me if you have any trouble with those instructions.

  The last thin you can do is manually edit the publication date/time of the post to get them in the desired order.
