I want to fire manager and hire a new one

  My ‘manager’ has refused toi let me into my site — he seems to have appropriated my hosting as his alone and use my paln for his personal use and continues to allow my new manager into my site. How do I remove him and install his replacement if he won’t let me into my own site/hosting plan??
