I want to follow my own site with an alternate email account

    I log out of WP and try to follow using a second email address I have. I sign up, but never receive the confirmation email. I’ve tried several times over several days and get the same results. When I click on the ‘if you don’t receive a confirmation email click here’ it dumps me onto a Log-In page – that’s no help for my alter-ego email. I want to see what my followers receive from the site – how do I follow myself with a second email account?

    Can you please tell me the email address you’re using to try and follow?

    And do I understand correctly that you’re trying to follow your own site at http://katerauner.wordpress.com/?

    If you want to receive email notifications for that site to see what your readers get, you can just follow the site from the Reader via your WordPress.com account, and then enable email notifications from there – the email notifications that go out to WordPress.com followers are exactly the same as the ones that go out to email-only followers.
