  Hi –

  The confusion might be that you have logged in to WordPress.com but the site listed is not actually using our service.

  That domain was registered at
  Registrar URL: http://www.domain.com

  And is currently pointed to
  Name Server: NS1.IPAGE.COM
  Name Server: NS2.IPAGE.COM

  Help for that site will come from https://wordpress.org/support/
