I want to get my full refund

    I purchased domain and premium subscription (200 rupees per month and 2400 per year)I now have cancelled my subscription and also deleted the domain within 24 hours. Now I am able to see only 300 is getting refund, when i will get my other 2100 rupees.

    Hi there, I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance with your refund.

    Just to clarify, refunds are available for 30 days from date of purchase on everything but custom domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase. There are no pro-rated refunds after 30 days.

    Once you have canceled the upgrade, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement. International refunds may take a bit longer.

    Also, once you cancel a custom domain name there is no guarantee that it will be immediately available to register somewhere else.

    The funds may take up to ten days to reach you. At that time it is best to follow up with your financial party about any delays.
