I want to get refunded the full amount

    I was charged 114$ on June 17, 2020. I have initiated a domain cancellation which looks like I will be refunded 96$. I would like to get refunded the full 114$- theres 18$ unaccounted for. How can I get that back? thank you

    You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the upgrade on June 22. The remaining $18 are for the domain itsabuddifullife.com. New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:

    You can keep that domain and point it to a site hosted elsewhere. After 60 days, you’ll also be able to transfer it to another service if you like.
