I want to get rid of jetpack plugin

  Hello, what information would you need to help me delete jetpack plugin from my account?

  It’s a malware that i cannot by normal circumstances delete

  It hinders my options of working on my email on wordpress, I would really love to have the option to work on your CMS, please give me that option by helping me with this I would even love to reset the entire account

  Jetpack certainly isn’t mailware, it’s simply included in every site running on the wordpress.com platform.

  In what way does it hinder “your way of working”?

  Oh, so it’s like that, I totaly didn’t understand then
  
  What I meant is that i can’t delete / deactivate it in any way ;_;

  does it need to be included?

  As I already said, Jetpack is part of the wordpress.com platform.
