I want to get ride of my toolbar

  Hi. I’m trying to remove my toolbar showing at the top of my site.
  I went to my dashboard>users<personal settings in order to turn off the toolbar showing but this option is not even present.
  Could someone help me?

  We cannot remove the black admin bar from the top of our WordPress.COM sites and doing that would be a Terms of Service violation. Everyone with a wordpress.com account uses that Admin bar to navigate and truth be told that bar is ours, it is not yours.
