  no it isn’t possible on the Free Plan. To use a custom theme you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  ok thanx! but i have a fully developed single page site and i want to make it same on wordpress, just for clients that they can easily edit its content

  You’ll probably be more interested in the self-hosted version of WordPress, because you’d need a Business Plan to do what you’re intending on WordPress.com, both for installing a custom theme and using JavaScript: https://get.wp.com

  I understand, but unfortunately, in order to use that you’d need to purchase the Business Plan (or use the self-hosted version of WordPress) which I linked above.

  Any theme outside the WordPress.com directory is considered a custom theme, which requires the Business Plan to use.
