    i WANT TO GET A COPY OF MY ORIGINAL BILL FOR A PREMIUM BLOG AND AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY i AM UNABLE TO USE THE FEATURES i PAID FOR THE $99 FOR, 6 MONTHS AGO. i HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP TO GET THE BLOG GOING OR EVEN PLACE THE PICTURES IN THE FRONT PAGE OF THE BLOG. SO FAR NO SUPPORT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. PLEASE SEND REPLY .

    a) which upgrades from this list did you purchase? Available Upgrades

    b) what are the issues you are having, and what kind of support do you need?

    c) what steps did you take to try to get help? what were the results?

    As an aside: you may find all-caps a negative way to start a conversation. You’re probably feeling the urgency and want to express it, but on this side, it feels a little like being yelled at. :)
