  I want to get the Premium version, but in your payment section I can only pay in Dollar, not in Euro. What can I do?

  Hi

  It seems that the main page of purchase area ( https://wordpress.com/plans/traumundexzess.wordpress.com ) is showing values in dolar indeed. Have you tried to go one step further? Here (I’m also on Europe), after I choose a plan, the prices is corrected to €…

  Hope that helps. If not, we can have someone from staff to take a look.

  Moderators: I tagged this post as modlook since yesterday my “plan page” showed values in € and today only $. I’m in Germany.

  Is this an issue?

  Thanks for helping!
  On my “plan page” I find the amount I have to pay in Euro (blue button). When I press the button to complete the payment, I am requested to pay in USD (because of the credit card I’m using). But it is technically impossible to change the currency on this page. Very confusing…
  Unfortunately, I don’t know how to address a staff member.
  By the way: I live in Germany, too, und ich bin ein Deutscher. :)

  currency conversion

  The currency is chosen based on the credit card’s country of issue.

  It’s AMEX, but based in Frankfurt(Main, Germany.

  No, sorry. Now the price is given in USD, but after having fulfilled the form, I read: “We are only able to accept American Express payments in USD”. Normally, I don’t have any problems to pay in USD, even in Germany.

  Okay, please give it one more try. Our credit card processor requires that American Express charges be run in USD. So there is no way for it to be run in Euros, I’m afraid.
