I want to get the RYU default image back

  I tried the Gravatar feature, but I want the green circle back that came with the Ryu theme. How do I get it back at the top of my page?

  Green circle? I test the Ryu theme on an inactive blog of mine and found that the circle in the header area displayed my Gravatar image. The default green circle you refer to probably may have appeared before you had a Gravatar image.

  When I added a custom header image — see https://battenk2.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header — the Gravatar was replaced by that.

  battenk2.wordpress.com is presently using the Motif theme, which doesn’t have that feature. You may switch back to the Ryu theme whenever you like.
