The Twenty Eleven theme does not have a sidebar on posts when displayed on their own pages and that cannot be changed.

To locate a detailed theme description for Twenty Eleven see here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyeleven/ and here http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/workings-of-duster/

Hi there, as @timethief says, a menu in the sidebar is possible, but it will not appear on single post pages, such as http://bilalbinamar.wordpress.com/2014/02/05/ukraine-president-returns-to-work/ , and that is not something that can be changed with CSS. If you want the menu in the sidebar on all pages and posts, I would suggest looking for a different theme. You can click this link to filter our Theme Showcase to show two-column themes. And if you only want to look at Free themes with two columns, click this link to get a listing of free, two-column themes with the custom header feature.

If you don’t mind not having the menu on the single post pages in Twenty Ten, you can create a Custom Menu and use the Custom Menu Widget.

No dear,
the text in the drop down list should be from right to left
as a Arabic language website have
-
This should happen automatically if you switch languages to one that is written right to left (although I don’t think that all themes support this).
You can set the behaviour regardless of the blog language using the following CSS:
.sub-menu { direction:rtl; }although if you’re writing in English you will get the same effect just aligning the text to the right:
.sub-menu { text-align:right; }
