  Afraid not. Object tags and the like are removed from all user input due to security concerns. If they were allowed, it would open the site here to hacking attempts and security is paramount around here.

  Best bet would be to suggest those sites via feedback from your dashboard. Search the forums for flash will show you other threads on the subject.

  Thanks for the answere. How can this guy have both flash from plazes and a playlist from iLike.
  Check http://www.vural.se. Can you explain how it´s possible?

  Flash is allowed on self-hosted wordpress blogs because the owner is responsible for the security risks of having it on their sites. WordPress.com runs on WordPress Multi-User which is different software and some security risky code on one site will affect everyone, so the staff of wordpress.com restrict certain types of code and flash and javascript are 2 examples!
