I just want to give the prenium a try. I don’t plan to pay 99usd for this. Why wordpress.com automatically take 90usd from my account?! I am feeling being defrauded. This is so rude. I recommend wordpress.com give me back 99usd right now pls.

You signed up for a two-week Free Trial on August 19. You were notified at the time of sign-up that if you did not cancel your Free Trial, the credit card account you provided us would be charged, and your Premium Upgrade would go into effect. This did indeed happen exactly two-weeks after your started your trial.
If you do not want the Premium upgrade and wish me to cancel it from your account for a refund, I am happy to do that.
Here are your choices:
1. You can cancel the FULL Premium upgrade. However, this will cancel your custom domain, otoisamco.com. A warning: After cancellation, there is no guarantee that the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back.
2. You can cancel your Premium upgrade with the exception of your domain. In this case, your refund will be $81, and you can keep your customized domain name to use here at WordPress.com, or elsewhere as you choose.
I can take care of this immediately, if you let me know what you’d like me to do. Thanks very much.

Oh, thank you very much. I really appreciate that. It was my fault not reading completely about the information before. I thought I am going to receive a confirmation after 14 days of trial. I was so careless and unprofessional.
I pick the number 1 choice which mean to cancel the FULL premium upgrade. Thank you very much again for giving me a very helpful response.

I don’t mean to beleaguer this issue, but I did want you to know:
If we cancel your newly-registered domain (otoisamco.com), it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/However, if you don’t want this domain at all, that’s fine, I can delete your entire upgrade, including the custom domain. Since this cannot be undone, I just wanted to make sure it was what you wanted!

I’ve been considered this time. I think I am going to keep my domain otoisamco.com and use it for my wordpress.org blog. So that my refund will be $81 and my domain will be keep for 1 year, right?
Thank you for your support, but I’m still not so sure how to use the otoisamco.com domain instead of the temporary domain otoisamco.esy.es (wordpress.org). I think I need to do more research about this. I am so new to wordpress and web, yet I am not a web designer at all. This time I should read the information more carefully. Sorry for my bad English.
When am I going to receive my refund? I mean how long does it take?

Hi Alice,
In order to do this, you will need to find out the name servers for your .org site’s host. This information should be on their website, but if you cannot locate it, you’ll have to contact them. Tell them you have a domain hosted at WordPress.com and want to map it to your website. They will be able to provide you with the information you need.
