  Hi there, I want to transfer my blog from .com to .org, and when I got to click on “get a helping hand” on the purchase page for a happiness engineer, the option is greyed out for lynngilmartin.com, saying Upgrade Unavailable. Is this because I purchased pro and already have access to an engineer? Thank you!!

  Hi there, in order to purchase a Guided Transfer you’ll need to first switch to a free theme, and remove any custom fonts. Once you’ve done that you should see the option to purchase the Guided Transfer. Just let us know if you need further help.
