  I want to import a jetpack backup file of my site to use for redesign, I have all required files but it wont let me import it

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Backing up and restoring a site via Jetpack is one of the features of the Creator plan.

  If you downloaded a backup of your site when you were on a Creator plan, you’d need an active Creator plan to restore that backup: https://wordpress.com/support/restore/
