  I want to include a PDF, white paper, on my blog, Is there a way to make a PDF a link and then upload it in my blog?

  Uploading file on your WordPress.com site only allows you to insert a download link to a file. If you wish to embed the actual document into a post or page, you can use external services such as: Scribd or
  Slideshare.
