  To make a long story short to use Aweber you need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org/ There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this.   If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site you can do so by creating a link to the signup form on MailChimp. Here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog

  Well, actually you can do that Mailchimp workaround with Aweber too, as they give you an external page that you can link to.
