  i just bought ecompare it works with wordpress its started to show me how to install the theme plugin but I cant seem to do it do I need to be on a business plan to install themes and plugins

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is correct, you need a Business Plan to upload themes on WordPress.com. See the pricing support doc →
