  I want to install a theme I have downloaded elsewhere, do I need to go pro for this? Or do i need a wordpress.org blog instead?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No upgrade will allow you to install 3rd party themes on WPcom.

  Please see this http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ and if necessary ask for a refund from the theme author if you purchased the theme.
