I want to link the sentences which is inside a post to another page

  I have created a blog named Bharat Integrated Social Welfare Agency. Inside the post of this blog i have mentioned some topics. I want that these topics which is inside the post will be related to a different page. That means, when i will click on that term or sentence, the related details will be opened in a different page.

  I want to know the steps also

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  this is the sourcecode you need to add
  Link text
  just insert the url of the page you want to link where it says url and insert the topic you wish to be shown in the blog text where it says link text.
