  I want to make certain pages Private with passwords that I can give out to close friends, but my blog site is Hidden, so that anyone can view my normal pages without having a WordPress account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure you can do this, you have to change the page visibility, a small eye at the upper right of the page editor. Please check the link below for more information:
