  I want to develop a classified paid add site with wordpress . Where user will post their add with money. Is is possible ? I am looking for free themes and plugins to do this . Please help me .

  What you are asking to do is not possible on a free hosted WordPress.com website. http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  Please read this for clarity about the difference between free hosted WordPress.com and using the WordPress software on a 3rd party host.

  I don’t want to it in free hosted wordpress.com website. I have wordpress soft installed on third party hosting . Can I do what I want? do you have any suggestion ?

  You can do what you want on a WordPress installation but any support questions need to be directed at http://wordpress.org/support
