  I can’t make my blog sticky and it is coming at the bottom of my blog page
  how to change the ordering and stick it at the top

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to make a post on your site sticky? I know that feature was recently moved. You should be able to find it by clicking on the Published status, as outlined here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/posts/#sticky-posts

  Thanks for this response. I thought this feature was actually removed and was using the mobile app to make posts sticky.
