I want to make my own theme

  Hi. I just signed up today for my business website http://www.nailspasevierville.com and I wondered how can I make my own theme. I have my theme in my email, so do I have to upgrade for a Premium plan for that feature ? or do i have to do something to import my theme ??

  Hi there,
  That’s not possible, regardless of upgrades. You cannot upload any custom themes or third party themes or create your own theme here. You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
