  Please give me an option of addnew in plugin for add an affliate program plugin for earning purpose.I have most affliate company for post his add to my website because i think i provide most important apps,knowledges in this free website but i am a student.If it is possiblw without purchase premium plan then please give me a root folder access of my website for install .txt file for affiliate purpose.

  You won’t find a plugin tab in the dashboard because plugins are installed and utilized solely for those with self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs:
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  In general, you can simply paste affiliate links in your posts, pages, or widgets, so they are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content.
