I want to make these two sites seperate entities on wordpress and not linked to one account

Pl help in making them linked two separate gmail accounts one from (email visible only to moderators and staff) and another from (email visible only to moderators and staff)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No problem :) You’ll need to create a second WordPress.com user account with the additional email address.
Next, transfer the desired site to that account using these instructions:
