I want to map my existing domain with the free domain offer under Personal Plan

I signed up for the Personal Plan and registered a new domain. However, I realised that I should be mapping my existing domain to my wordpress account. Now can I cancel the new domain and map my existing domain under the “one free domain” that is allowed under the Personal plan? How should I go about it? Or will I have to pay again for mapping my existing domain?
Unable to reach wordpress Contact as the contact page gives error “unable to load contact tools. disable your adblocker…” I get this error in every device I log in from and there is no adblocker installed anywhere.

WordPress.com domain registrations have a 48 hour refund window. As you registered your domain under your personal plan, you will need to purchase domain mapping for your existing domain for an additional $13/yr. However, once you have purchased it, I can switch the domains associated with your WordPress.com Personal plan so that next year your Personal plan payment will include the domain mapping as well.
You can either let the new domain expire next year, or I can cancel it for you once you have your “old” domain set up properly.

This is a bit concerning. What browser are you using? What devices have you tried?

am using chrome in my chromebook. I also tried on my MI mobile(android smartphone) and my Fire tablet. I have been attempting to reach you through these various devices since I made the mistake of registering a new domain with wordpress.

You registered your domain on 4 November. That domain is completely past the refund period at this stage, so we cannot restore the free domain in your plan. If you want to connect a different domain, you will need to buy a separate domain mapping upgrade, as staff-ozmodiar also told you last week.
Once you’ve added a mapping upgrade you can let us know and we’ll link it to your plan so the plan will renew the different domain in future. But for the first year you’ll need to pay for it, as the free domain in your plan has already been used.
As for the contact form not loading, please visit http://enable-javascript.com/ and make sure that you have JavaScript enabled. Ad-blockers and antivirus/malware extensions in your browser can also be blocking JavaScript, which would prevent the contact form from working.

I just checked using Chrome on an Android phone and the contact form loads perfectly for me, so it should work for you as well.
Can you please check if it works for you using a different browser?

Another issue that has come up is that I just paid for domain mapping of my old domain strombss.com and when i reached out to my domain hosting provider to update the DNS records, I realised that my domain has expired. What do I do now?

Thank you for the screen shot. However, I don’t need to see the error message. I need to see if there are any JavaScript errors in the browser console, as explained at the link I gave above.
There is nothing we can do about your domain having expired. You’ll need to contact your domain provider to find out if they can still recover your domain for you.
What we can do is refund the domain mapping upgrade you had bought, but it looks like that has been taken care of already.
