I want to migrate an existing website to the Word Press platform

  My current website is maintained by our IT Dept. and we want to move it to a CMS platform. I have been told it is possible to migrate an existing site to Word Press but would like to know more.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The migration can work if your current site is on one of the platforms listed on this page about WordPress.com imports:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
