I want to move subscribers from old wordpress.com site to new one

  Hi there,
  I read on this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/ that if I contact WordPress support, they will be able to move subscribers from my old WordPress.com site to my new WordPress.com site. This forum seems to be the only form of contact available.

  Can someone help me please?
