I want to move the domain. When I click Transfer to another registrar errors

  How can this happen in an organization as big as WordPress? I want to move the domain. When I click Transfer to another registrar gives this error: ” An error occurred while trying to send the Domain Transfer code. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.” a problem that needs to be solved urgently. Screenshot: https://ibb.co/7JHYgBZ

  You must turn the transfer lock off if you want to move to another registrar.

  that’s exactly the problem. I have never received such an error when I want to close the transfer lock in any company in the world. The transfer lock does not close. It gives the error in the screenshot.
